Work Location:Qingdao,China

Salary: 25-50kRMB/month

Responsibilities:

1. Participated in the digital chip system / module design

2. Complete the module-level structure design, RTL implementation and self-testing work

3. Complete logic synthesis and PPA (Performance, Power, Area) analysis and optimization

4. Support FPGA engineers to conduct prototype verification

5. Participated in the customized system testing scheme, and supported the chip testing

6. Responsible for the preparation of relevant technical documents

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree, master degree or above in microelectronics, electronic engineering or related major, at least 2 years working experience

2.Familiar with Verilog and related simulation environment

3.Familiar with digital circuit design and validation methodology

4.Familiar with EDA tools and scripting languages

5.Familiar with AMBA bus protocol (AXI/APB/AHB), with wafer taping out experience is preferred

6.Familiar with DDR, PCle, USB, Ethernet and other high-speed interfaces is preferred

7.Good communication skills and team work spirit
