ENTERPRISE RECRUITMENT PROJECT

Tavrida Electric, headquartered in Russia, is a group company specializing in the development and manufacturing of innovative switchgear products for medium voltage (MV) smart grid indoor and outdoor applications. The company currently employs nearly 3,000 people worldwide, operates over 70 branches, and conducts business in 22 countries.Tavrida Electric’s products and solutions ensure the reliable operation of power systems in more than 80 countries, including the European Union, Brazil, India, China,
South Africa, the UAE, the United States, and Canada. The company is recognized as one of the world’s top three suppliers of circuit breakers and reclosers.

The company’s total planned investment is 25 million RMB, which will be injected in two phases. The first phase will consist of an initial investment of 10 million RMB, with 100% ownership by the Russian foreign-invested company Tavrida Electric.

Business Scope:Import and export of electronic products and electronic components; trade of electronic equipment; wholesale of general industrial and special-purpose machinery, tools, instruments, and equipment. Manufacturing of electrical installation
projects; activities related to engineering design, construction project management, construction supervision, and author supervision.

Such products can either be outsourced for production and processing by other manufacturers of similar products or sold directly to major power-consuming entities and organizations in China, including the State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, China Railway (e.g., China Railway Beijing Group Co., Ltd.), airports, large metal steel plants, and wind power stations.
Once the company's overall operations stabilize, it plans to achieve an annual sales revenue of 6.8 million USD by 2026.

Talent Introduction and Job Creation

· The company plans to introduce more than 10 senior foreign engineers, all of whom will hold master's or doctoral degrees in relevant fields.
· Once the plant facilities are fully equipped, the number of local Chinese employees is expected to exceed 100.

ENTREPRENEURIAL SECTOR
