What is overseas education certification? 
Foreigner’s overseas education qualification certification is one of the important materials that Chinese companies need to provide when applying for R Visa, work permits and residence permits for their foreign employees. The relevant government departments of the foreigner's home country are required to provide official certification materials to prove the establishment of the foreigner's undergraduate degree.

Certification process

1. Original academic qualifications: Foreign applicants should provide a bachelor’s degree or above.

2. Notarization and Authentication: Notary Public or Authorized Department of the country where you are located, and then hand over to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of your country for authentication. Finally, the notarization and the certified documents issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are taken to the Chinese Consulate for authentication.
