1. Education background: Doctor's degree or above;
2. Under the age of 35 (born after October 1987);
3. Major in Optical Engineering, spectroscopy, optoelectronics, optical measurement and testing, electromagnetic field and antenna testing, etc.
4. Have relevant professional knowledge and practical ability, and can guide students to engage in relevant experiments;
5. Have good written and oral expression skills, strong organization and coordination skills, and love laboratory management;
6. Dedicated, cooperative, pragmatic, innovative spirit, strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure;
