1. Education background: Doctor's degree or above;
2. Under the age of 35(born after October 1987);
3. Major in Mechanics, Ship and Marine Structure Design, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science and Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Optical Engineering, spectroscopy, optoelectronics, optical Metrology and Testing, electromagnetic field and antenna testing, etc.
4. Have relevant professional knowledge and practical ability, and can guide students to engage in relevant experiments;
5. Have good written and oral expression skills, strong organization and coordination skills, and love laboratory management;
6. Dedicated, cooperative, pragmatic, innovative spirit, strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure.
