Annual salary: 180,000-280,000 RMB/ year

Work Location: Qingdao, China

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the specification formulation, scheme or structure implementation of analog chips;

2. Responsible for analog circuit design and simulation verification;

3. Assisted layout personnel to complete chip layout design;

4. Complete simulation verification and hybrid simulation verification after circuit parameter extraction;

5. Participated in the laboratory test and comparison of circuit indexes;

6. Participate in thematic technical research and technical training.

Qualifications:

1. Master degree or above, major in microelectronics;

2, power supply, ADDA, PLL, IO or RF related chip development experience is preferred;

3. Good communication skills, proactive spirit of cooperation and participation;

4. Proficient in the analysis and design of basic simulation units;

5. Proficient in simulation and testing tools, strong debugging ability.
