1. Experience in R&D project management, registration and application, and application of large-scale science and technology projects at or above the provincial level; successful experience in new drug research and development in the fields of diabetes, tumor, immunity and inflammation;
2. Master degree or above;
3. Able to assist the general manager in formulating enterprise R&D strategy, issuing R&D strategy implementation plan and organizing and promoting according to the plan.
