Job Description :

Supplier quality management (supplier evaluation, IQC, handle claims)

Process quality management (setting up control plan , train staff, analyze defect , handle abnormal , report data)

Customer quality management (handline customer claims , 8D report , report data)

Job Requirements :

Qualification Requirement

Education / Certification: University or above, major is mechanical or macromolecule.

Professional Experience: Work at quality assurance or quality control field for five years at least; working in auto plant or related parts plant is preferred.

Project and/or Process Experience:

Leadership Experience: Be good at leading to build a high performance team and encourage team to touch target. Be good at communication, team work, with good cooperation ability.

5. 6 SIGMA

6. Products knowledge
