Job Descriptions:

Prepare Litho/Etch/Thin Film/Diffusion tool acceptance items/SPEC;

Prepare Litho/Etch/Thin Film/Diffusion inline monitor items/SPEC;

Review&maintain Litho/Etch/Thin Film/Diffusion related parameters SPC;

Set up system for Litho/Etch/Thin Film/Diffusion operation, optimize operation issue and training operator;

Make DOE to fix any problems during process transfer;

Evaluate new material and 2nd source to reduce cost;

Co‐work with equipment engineer and operator to fix process issue during manufacturing;

Excute special case for Litho/Etch/Thin Film/Diffusion process;

Make process related SOP;

Investigate and judge impacted produts;

Scrap wafer with detail investigation report;

Training new comer.
