As a startup company being created we are looking to recruit RF CMOS design engineers to develop a wireless transmitter ASIC for dedicated location applications. This is a great opportunity to join a newly formed team and to work in an environment which you can help create.

Key Qualifications:

Design the ASIC and in particular the RF components up to 10GHz with key functions to be implemented being PLLs, PA，Mixer, LNA, Driver, Phase Shifter, Frequency Divider and supporting analogy functions. The candidates should have relevant education and experience in CMOS RF design.

At least 5‐year experience. Opportunity includes a design lead to lead the RF design team as well as junior designers. We are also open to discuss the design lead position on a consultancy contract basis or on a permanent basis with share option.

Education & Experience:

PhD/MSEE desired, BSEE required with equivalent years of experience
