Salary: 25-45KRMB/ month *14 months

Work Location: Weifang, China

Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with wafer manufacturing process, cooperate with R&D department to complete technology transfer on time, solve process anomalies, maintain and continuously optimize process stability;

2. Guide the introduction of new technologies, the establishment and maintenance of process parameters and operation specifications, and the control of mass production schedule;

3. Improve and optimize process productivity to improve yield, cost efficiency and productivity;

4. Cooperate with equipment and quality departments to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above in microelectronics/Physics/Electrical engineering

2.At least 10 years working experience in power devices or PIE in the same industry; Experience in gallium nitride power devices is preferred

3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

4. Strong communication skills, organizational leadership and teamwork spirit;

5. Strong logical thinking ability, learning ability, ability to analyze and solve problems and ability to work under pressure.

6. Familiar with DSP related technology application is preferred;

7. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication and language skills;

8. Have good teamwork ability and can adapt to high-intensity work.
