Salary: 20-28KRMB/ month *14 months

Description:

1. Understand the application requirements of chips, and feed back the information to the foundry for implementation and output.

2, familiar with etching technology, familiar with process integration improvement and daily maintenance is preferred;

3. Manufacturing process establishment and technology development related work;

4. Cooperate with module engineers of OEM factories to improve the process flow;

5. Improvement of yield and quality;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, physics or related field, PhD preferred.

2. At least 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry.

3. Experience in SI based power devices is preferred.

4. Familiar with domestic and foreign FAB OEM production lines.
