Salary: 8-13KRMB/ month *14 months

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily operation of MOCVD machine and equipment

2. Responsible for abnormal handling of MOCVD machine equipment failure to ensure smooth production

3. according to the production process needs to switch equipment and state preparation

4. Regular cleaning, replacement and maintenance of machine parts and accessories

5. Preparation and implementation of work-related standard operating norms

6. Assist in R&D and improvement of gallium nitride epitaxy process of new MOCVD

7. Other work to ensure the normal and efficient operation of MOCVD

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, automation, materials, physics, chemistry, microelectronics, etc

2. 3-5 years or above MOCVD (including MOCVD related equipment) maintenance and management experience

3. Familiar with Aixtron equipment is preferred

4. Enthusiasm for work, strong team spirit, strong practical ability, and certain organization and coordination ability
