Work Location: Qingdao, China

Job responsibility

1. Responsible for data processing and analysis of Marine organisms genome, epigenome and transcriptome;

2. Interpreted multiple omics data of related projects, communicated and cooperated with the team to verify data, information mining and results sorting, and promoted the output and publication of scientific research achievements;

3. Participate in writing and publishing scientific articles;

4. Complete temporary scientific research tasks combined with daily work of the team.

Qualification

1. PhD degree, major in biology, bioinformatics, molecular biology, computer, etc.

2. Experience in bioinformatics data analysis is preferred; experience in omics research and SCI publication in related fields is preferred.

3. Familiar with Linux operating system, good programming ability, familiar with various biological databases and biological websites.

4. Strong English ability, able to quickly review literature on demand, put forward creative analysis methods, capable of writing articles, and have good teamwork ability.

5. Overseas educational background, doctoral candidate

6. Fluent in English (native level)
