1. Obtain a doctor's degree;
2. Professional and technical personnel who hold positions equivalent to associate professor or above in overseas famous universities or research institutions, have high scientific research level and technological innovation ability, or hold senior positions in internationally renowned enterprises;
3. More than 20 years of research and development and design experience in water and sewage treatment technology (MBBR related field);
4. Presided over the consultation and design of domestic and overseas sewage projects, and had a deep understanding and mastery of new domestic and foreign sewage treatment technologies.
