About the job

Work Location: California, USA

 

External:

- Identify new customers; prepare presentations promoting products and manages lengthy NPI

-Pre-Sales: Present products to customers. Assist customers in choosing the correct Hisense products for the customer’s application; Engineering liaison between customers and Hisense engineering teams

-Price and term negotiation and day-to-day communications as customer centric technical resource: Answering customers’ questions about Hisense products

-Post-Sales: Support customer requirements/changes as they occur; Support big accounts product compliance and quality documents; Assist with RMA procedures.

 

Internal:

-Work with various PM team members in understanding the Marketing scope of each Hisense product. Assist the team members in improving Hisense relationship with our customers.

-Work with headquarters’ logistics team

-Provide sales forecast to headquarter on quarterly basis.

-Work with various Sales members in supporting them with specific issues.
