Responsibilities:

Responsible for the CMOS Analog & Mixed‐Signal Integrated Circuit designs and integration for SOC Implementation;

Work together with the Analog/RF IC design team and be assigned to multiple modules development and entire‐chip/analog‐top integration;

Start from detailed specification and architecture comparison/selection, report design progess, and to collect, track, and resolve any performance/ function issues;

Work closely with layout team, digital team and software developers to develop an implementation that meets system and product requirements;

Perform design verification and production support tasks, perform and lead prototype evaluation and debug;

Research in art‐of‐state analog and mixed‐signal deisgn techniques for highly integrated Analog/RF ICs.

Requirements:

Hands‐on experience in designing various Analog and mixed‐signal integrated circuits, such as but not limited to bandgap, op‐amps, regulators, DC‐DC, DAC and ADC;

Good understanding of device matching, layout techniques, ESD and latch up;

Good understanding of basic device physics, have the ability to develop and use advanced linear and nonlinear models or simulation techniques, and be able to translate between the model, simulation, physical implementation;

Experienced in analog&mixed‐simulation tools, such as Spectre, SpectreRF, Spice, Matlab, and/or ADS;

Good communication skills, be able to break down complex problems, set priorities, report progress, execute to a schedule, and have strong teamwork skills;

Experience in RF circuit design and test is a strong plus; Self‐motivation and self‐discipline;

MSEE degree and industry experience or Phd degree required.
