Work Location: Qingdao, China

Salary: RMB 8,000-16,000 / month *13 months

Responsibilities:

Proficient in sputtering, lithography, etching, injection, measurement and other process development

1. Responsible for handling abnormal products of the department;

2. Responsible for the maintenance of mass production of the department and the verification of equipment recovery;

3. Responsible for the SPC establishment and daily monitoring of the department;

4. Responsible for the training of workers in the department;

5. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of process specifications and operation specifications of the department;

6. Responsible for saving energy and reducing consumption of the department; Effectively complete the department annual plan/monthly plan

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in microelectronics, physics, chemistry or semiconductor related;

2. Engaged in silicon wafer processing technology of 6 inches or above;

3. Familiar with semiconductor substrate processing and epitaxial processing process; Proficient in sputtering, lithography, etching, injection and other process development;

4. Have good professionalism, team spirit, strong communication skills, learning ability and problem analysis and handling ability;

5. Good English
