岗位职责 Job description：

l 协助搭建分子辅助育种与 SNP 基因型分型平台；

Help build molecular assisted breeding and SNP genotyping platform;

l 开发利用先进的 SNP 基因型分型技术，提高分子育种与转基因性状整合效率；

Develop and implement advanced SNP genotyping technology to improve the efficiency of

molecular breeding and trait introgression;

l 在商业化育种体系中高效应用现代分子辅助育种技术，如 SNP 基因型分型、SNP 导向选择与定

向改良、正向育种(forward breeding)、全基因组选择（GWAS）预测育种等；

Integrate the advanced molecular breeding technologies such as SNP genotyping, SNP

guided selection and improvement, forward breeding, and GWAS etc. into commercial

breeding pipeline.

任职要求 Qualifications：

l 农学、遗传育种、分子生物学等相关专业博士学位；

PhD in Crop Science, Agronomy, Plant Genetics, or Molecular Biology etc.;

l 有 QTL 定位、SNP 分型和 GWAS 经验者优先考虑；

Priority given to candidates with hands-on experience with genetic QTL mapping, SNP

genotyping, and GWAS;l 有较好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。

Strong communication skills, team spirit and leadership.
