Salary: 15-30kRMB/ month (subject to negotiation based on experience)

Job Description:

1. Reasonable design of DFT scheme according to requirements

2. Use the Mentor/Synopsys tool inserts DFT circuit (JTAG/BSCAN/SCAN/MBIST LBIST, etc.)

3. Formality and Relevant Validation of DFT Circuits (ATPG/BIST Simulation /IP Validation /Formality)

4. Timing analysis of DFT circuit

5. Generate test vectors and assist test engineers in failure analysis

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Mentor/Synopsys and script languages such as tcl/python

2. Master the knowledge of BSCAN/SCAN/MBIST/LBIST related DFT circuit, master the timing analysis method

3. Experience in ATPG and simulation verification, able to analyze problems independently

4. To understand the IP (PLL/Sensor/PCIE/HBM/FUSE /...). Basic function and test method

5. Understand test knowledge and analysis methods
