Salary: 15k-30kRMB*13 months

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for reviewing or writing clinical trial plans. Responsible for the quality control and management of clinical research projects, to ensure that the trial projects are carried out in strict accordance with the protocol, SOP and relevant regulations;

2. Responsible for communicating with CRO Company, conducting center screening, determining main researchers and participating researchers, and reviewing the overall cost budget of the project;

3. Responsible for reviewing the project plan of CRO Company, and supervising the start, implementation and completion of clinical projects as planned. Ensure the progress and quality of the test;

4. Participated in the design of clinical trial protocols, case reports, informed consent forms, etc.;

5. Communicate with clinical medical experts, CDE reviewers and other clinical research resources on clinical protocol design according to the needs of clinical projects; Responsible for organizing and holding program discussions;

6. Responsible for reviewing, revising or writing clinical application materials such as clinical summary report and clinical research review;

7. Organize the selection and evaluation of third-party cooperative companies such as CRO and SMO;

8. Cultivate and maintain good cooperative relations with researchers (research centers);

9. Responsible for improving the clinical management system, system and process of the company.

Ii. Job Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in clinical medicine, clinical pharmacology, pharmacy, biology, etc. Clinical medicine is preferred; 2. Familiar with the whole process of clinical trials, GCP, ICH-GCP, registration regulations and other relevant clinical trial laws and regulations;

3. 3-5 years experience in clinical trials is preferred.

4. Good English retrieval and medical information retrieval ability, good English reading and communication skills and medical writing foundation; Good communication, coordination and emergency plan management skills.
