Job Description:

1. Undertake and complete the simple secondary development of char and htol engineering experiment procedures, as well as abnormal location analysis;

2. Cooperated with production test import engineer to complete NPI mass production import, timely analyzed mass production test data and solved mass production test problems;

3. Responsible for mass production screen requirements, RMA problem handling, hardware environment building, iteration vector verification and upgrading;

4. Responsible for equipment maintenance of chip testing machine, abnormal location analysis or design of testing supporting hardware tools;

5. Responsible for ATE test coverage, testability, manufacturability and engineering experiments of chips to be tested;

6. In the mass production stage, continued to optimize ATE test solutions, improve test coverage and efficiency, reduce chip test costs and simple mass production maintenance and data analysis requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Knowledge of digital circuit, analog circuit or radio frequency circuit, or relevant courses in university;

2. Familiar with ATE test process, FT/CP test and basic methods and theories of semiconductor test; Experience in semiconductor chip testing industry;

3. Familiar with the basic theory of designing test hardware tools such as Loadboard and Probecard;

4, familiar with V50, S100/S200, chroma, J750, 93K and other mainstream ATE test machine preferred;

5. Experience in chip ATE CP/FT test program development or test verification is preferred;

6. Excellent professional quality and responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team spirit and cooperation spirit.
