Apply for an invitation letter on the Canton Fair website
Verification Letter of Invitation
Verification Letter of Invitation is only a letter for visa application in China, which shall be submitted to the visa authorities stationed abroad together with the invitation letter issued by the inviting unit. The visa requirements of each country can be found on the website of the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country of nationality of the invitee.
Application documents：
1.Original and photocopy of evidence of the company's communication experience between the two parties (such as import and export documents, tax payment certificates, purchase and sales contracts, customs declaration forms, export bills of lading, and other relevant materials)
2.Detailed itinerary arrangements for the invitee (including hotel accommodation, arrival and departure flight information, etc.). If visiting other companies, provide their confirmation;
3.And other documents

The third way:
Company invitation letter
Documents on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation or other invitation letters issued by relevant entity or individual.
The above mentioned invitation letter must contain the following information:
1) Information on the applicant : full name, gender, date of birth, etc.
2) Information on the planned visit: purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures, etc.
3) Information on the inviting entity or individual: name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual.

2.In any of the following circumstances, the acceptance of the case will be suspended according to the circumstances or the public security department will be notified to investigate the relevant personnel for legal responsibility. (1) The invitee acts illegally after entering China; (2) Providing false information and materials, or even fraudulently obtaining the Invitation Verification Form; (3) Illegally trading the Invitation Verification Form; (4) Handling the Invitation Verification Form for non-cooperative foreigners.
